Mâcon-Chardonnay, Clos de la Crochette, H. du Comte Lafon - 2013

Dominique Lafon is firstly known for his Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Meursault, and now owns the Domaine des Héritiers du Comte Lafon in Milly Lamartine, in the Mâcon region, where he has introduced organic and biodynamic farming. In the cellar, the vinification is traditional and parcel-based. The wines produced correspond to the primary ambition of his adventure, that of reflecting the expression of each terroir with the aim of raising the white wines of southern Burgundy to the top. The wines of the estate shine by their consistency, their purity and their length.
