Mas Jullien was created in 1985, the same year that the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation was recognised by the INAO. The area planted with vines, about 15 ha, is made up of a multitude of small plots of land with different geological characteristics: limestone gravel (for 70% of the estate's surface), schist, clay, alluvial and stony soils and villafranchian soils. No pesticides or synthetic products are used in phytosanitary treatments. No chemical weeding. Ploughing in its entirety and finishing with a pickaxe. Home-made compost.
Oenology
Vinification by maceration.
