This wine is the fruit of a beautiful exchange and friendship. Between Raymond Paccot and the CAVE. A small part of the grapes comes from the small vineyard in front of our premises in Gland. The other part comes from the Domaine La Colombe in Féchy. The result is a rich, ripe, expressive, ample and generous wine with hints of citrus fruit and zest.

Viticulture

This cuvée is produced in collaboration with Raymond Paccot. Two parcels are assembled: one belonging to him and which he cultivates, and one which is in fact the vineyard located in front of our buildings, in Gland. The latter is managed organically and, in the manner of the work done by Lalou Bize-Leroy in Burgundy or Laurent Vaillé at the Grange des Pères, we do not trim: the abundant foliage is just pulled back on the wire, without cutting the apex.
