With this cuvée, Robert Pouderoux demonstrates that the best whites of the Roussillon have no complexes when compared to their northern counterparts. It offers an intense and refined nose of orchard fruits (pear, quince), smoke, spices and hazelnut. The palate is admirable for its finesse and freshness and continues with notes of graphite of great nobility! We love it.
