Il ne faut pas trop se laisser influencer par sa couleur rubis très légère tirant sur l’ambré, car il offre un nez puissamment aromatique de fraise écrasée et de cerise, tirant sur l’écorce d’orange. On adore son fruit gouleyant et sa finesse jubilatoire en bouche, qui se prolonge à merveille et appelle les mets savoureux et délicats. Les amateurs de crus authentiques le découvriront avec bonheur. Servir idéalement à 15-16°.

Commune de Vignale Monferrato, parcelles N°132, 259, 223, 241, 242 ; exposition est; 216 m d’altitude. Première année de production: 1988. Conduite en espalier, taille hivernale Guyot, vendangeen vert en été avec éclaircissage des raisins la première semaine d’août. Date de plantation: 1970.

Oenology

Fermentation malolactique spontanée. Elevage en cuves inox ; mise en bouteilles au printemps après stabilisation à froid.
