Dark hue with vermilion tints. Great liquorice nose, with hints of noble spices and chilli; graphite, smoke and dried flowers: the aromatic dimension of a great wine. Very fine attack with chiselled tannins, great freshness of taste, coupled with a high maturity of the tannin. Long and racy, with a limestone sensation that stretches the wine and gives it an uncommon refinement. It transcends its appellation!
