Definition: Taster Impitoyable®

The TASTER® tasting glass has been carefully designed to bring out the maximum aromatic qualities of wine in the minimum amount of time. It is a small glass with very clean lines, easy to transport and store, capable of highlighting all the virtues of a wine (colour, aroma, balance on the palate, etc.). The TASTER®, handmade and mouth-blown, has two cavities at the bottom and on the side. These cavities have a dual role: they allow the glass to be held between two fingers without warming its contents and aerate the wine, which breaks its molecules against them. Hold the glass between two fingers by its two curved parts. Swirl your glass vigorously to aerate and swirl your wine. Smell the bottom of the rim to detect the heavy aromas (alcohol). Smell the top of the rim to perceive the full range of aromas.
