1) Sommelier's service cloth. It is used to clean the neck of the bottle after removing the capsule, after uncorking and during service, to prevent wine from dripping from the bottle or carafe.

2) A wooden slat approximately 1 cm thick and 3 to 4 cm wide used to secure bottles. Placed between each layer of bottle bottoms, the slats ensure better weight distribution, preventing them from breaking and providing stability to the entire stack.
