Association of winegrowers in Piedmont, northern Italy.
Together, they have acquired a herd of 50 Piedmontese cattle to meet several needs. Raised in accordance with organic standards, they produce cheese and meat, while the organic manure is used as fertiliser for the association's vineyards. A £5 levy is taken from the sale of each bottle for actions to protect nature around the world and various projects in Piedmont.
