AOC Valais wine, made from pure Pinot Noir or a blend of authorised red grape varieties grown in Valais. This blend contains at least 85% Pinot Noir with Gamay. The remaining 15% may be a blend of Syrah, Cornalin, Cabernet Sauvignon, Diolinoir, Humagne Rouge, Ancelotta or other authorised red grape varieties grown in Valais.
