This time, and finally, it is not a stick absinthe like all the ersatz versions that have been cobbled together and marketed around the world until now, but a facsimile as close as possible – mutatis mutandis – to the original designed in Couvet at the end of^{the 18th} century by Daniel-Henri Dubied and Henri-Louis Permod, the recognised promoters of the production and distribution of "couèchte" on an industrial and international scale.
