Back These Languedoc wines obtained AOC status in 1996. The reds, composed of a maximum of 40% Carignan and Cinsaut and a minimum of 20% Mourvèdre and/or Syrah, are light and fruity, sometimes round, aromatic and spicy. The whites, fresh and tender, contain Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Macabéo or Rolle.
