The area covers a total of 155 hectares, including 61 hectares of premier cru. Produced exclusively as red wine. It can be stored for 3 to 10 years, or even much longer depending on the vintage and the premier cru. Ideal serving temperature: between 15 and 16°C. Enjoy with braised duck, lamb sauté, rack of lamb, poultry or roast veal en croûte.
