Definition: blanquette ancestral method

Back
Straw yellow in colour, with a ripe apple nose and a very fruity palate, offering pleasant freshness thanks to its good acidity and the cuvée's slight effervescence, blended with a delicious sweetness provided by the residual sugar. Its lightness is perfect for ending a good meal on a delicately sweet aromatic note. This sweetness, which is nonetheless full of character, also makes the traditional method blanquette an excellent sparkling wine for impromptu afternoon tea. Best served chilled at 6°C.
