Viticulture

The vineyards are planted on granite and barium-rich soil (a very compact rock) and are located at an altitude of approximately 450 meters. David Michelis launched his winery in 2021 after a career change, driven by a deep attachment to this Auvergne terroir, breathing new life into these vineyards.

Oenology

Whole clusters, 9-day maceration by infusion, native yeasts. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
