This cuvée shows Michel Gassier's attachment to the great terroirs of rolled pebbles of the appellation. The proof is in this magnificent wine, with aromas of cherry and black fruit, a full-bodied, sunny wine with silky tannins! Vinified with the help of the star oenologist of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Philippe Cambie, Nostre Païs has more than the appearance of a great wine: it has the substance of one!

Oenology

Selection of plots of old vines with naturally low yields. Manual harvesting with sorting. Light extraction by manual punching down. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months for 50% of the volume in the presence of the lees. One bottling without filtration.
