Terroir of schist and rock several thousand years old in Charchigné in southern Normandy. Biodynamic cultivation. Eric took over the estate in 1992 after a brilliant career as a sommelier in the famous three-starred Parisian restaurant L'Arpège (Alain Passard).
Oenology
It is a semi-dry cuvée which is therefore "softer", with a more substantial residual compared to the other two cuvées that we market at the CAVE.
