13 plots located in different areas of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, therefore on different types of soil : quartzite pebbles, clays, red sandstone, colluvium, Cretaceous limestone of the Barremian age.The grapes are harvested manuallythen destemmed, crushed and cooled.
Oenology
Only indigenous yeasts are used. Maceration lasts 4 to 5 weeks. Ageing takes place mainly in concrete vats and in a few 350-litre casks or barrels. It lasts around 18 months
