Production: 200,000 bottles. Dry Graves terroir on clay subsoil and shell limestone. Double Guyot pruning. Average age of vines: 25 years. Rootstock: Riparia Gloire de Montpellier - 101.14 / 3309. Planting density: 10,000 vines/ha.
Oenology
Vinification in wooden vats and temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged in oak barrels. Renewal every year: 50% to 70%. Ageing period: 15 to 22 months. Fining with egg whites in barrels, depending on the vintage. Consulting oenologists: Michel Rolland and Athanase Fakorellis
