Viticulture

Production: 200,000 bottles. Dry Graves terroir on a clay and limestone subsoil. Double Guyot pruning of the vines. Average age of the plants: 25 years. Rootstock: Riparia Gloire de Montpellier - 101.14 / 3309. Planting density: 10 000 vines/ha.

Oenology

Vinification in wooden and temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged in oak barrels. Annual renewal of 50% to 70%. Ageing period: 15 to 22 months. Fining with egg whites in barrels according to the vintage. Oenologists: Michel Rolland and Athanase Fakorellis
