Technique

Viticulture

Very well situated between Trotanoy, Nénin and Le Pin, this small property was detached at the time of the sale of Beauregard by the Clauzel family who wished to keep a foot in Pomerol. The gravelly terroir gives the vineyard a formidable asset for producing great wines. Guillaume Thienpont (Vieux Château Certan) is in charge of the property.

Oenology

Manual harvest with rigorous selection between 23 September and 4 October. Vinification by plot in small volume vats with controlled extractions. Aged in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
