Technique

Viticulture

The estate has an environmentally friendly vineyard located in the Côte des Bars, which benefits from ideal terroir for Pinot Noir, with clay-limestone soil promoting balanced ripening. The estate has been certified organic and Demeter by Ecocert since 1998.

Oenology

Harvesting is done by hand and spread out over approximately three weeks. A traditional vertical press is used for pressing.
