Maison Louise Brison, a family affair for 4 generations, cultivates its vineyards in the Côte des Bar, on Kimmeridgian soils rich in marine fossils. This exceptional terroir, with its ideal exposure, produces a generous, racy Pinot Noir. Committed to respectful viticulture, the house began its organic conversion in 2017 and has been certified organic since the 2020 vintage.
Oenology
A Brut Nature champagne (0 g/l dosage) from the 2018 harvest. 100% pinot noir, it is vinified and matured in oak barrels for 9 months, without malolactic fermentation.
