The Paolo Scavino estate is a benchmark in Langhe, in the heart of Barolo, and the Carobric cuvée is one of its most emblematic. This wine is a blend of nebbiolo from different plots, offering a perfect balance of finesse and power. The terroir, composed of clay-limestone soils, gives the wine great complexity, with aromas of cherry, dried rose and hints of spice.
