Giulin d’Ermanno Accornero, c’est un peu la rencontre entre un grand cru de la Barbera en Monferrato et un grand vigneron. Et dans les derniers millésimes, le résultat est superbe. Le vin offre un magnifique nez de fruits noirs, de réglisse, de poivre noir ainsi qu'une touche de violette. Il possède un naturel d’expression et un croquant uniques, qui appellent irrésistiblement la table !

Viticulture

Commune de Vignale Monferrato. Exposition est; 210 m d’altitude. Première année de production: 1995. Conduite en espalier, taille hivernale. Guyot, vendange en vert en été, éclaircissage des raisins la première semaine d’août. Année de plantation: 1980 ; 1990 ; 2000. Rendement de 55/60 hl par hectare.

Oenology

Vinification traditionnelle à chapeau submergé et remontages programmés ; fermentation malolactique spontanée. Stabilisation à froid. Elevage cuves inox et demi-muids de chêne français pendant 12 mois.
