Enric Costa wanted to plant 2000 vines of a variety that fascinated him: Viognier, in one of the most magical places on his estate. It was only after 6 years that these plants produced their first grapes. The bottle is dedicated to the poet Miquel Martí i Pol because of the close relationship that has always existed between him and Celler Vall Llach. The words "Aigua de Llum" come from his poem Solstice. Vineyard located at 500 m. above sea level and planted in terraces.
100% new wood, half ferments in new wood, the other half in vats, but the wine is aged entirely in barrel. The wine is sold in an individual box with a stone from the terroir of this wine. Tiny production of about 600 bts/year.

Tapas of fish and shellfish - Grilled red mullet with pistou on ratatouille - Cheese.
