Viticulture
Tania and Vincent created their estate in 1999. Their philosophy is simple: to favour the cultivation of the vine to produce the best grapes possible. Today, the total surface area is close to 15 hectares. In the vineyard, the team carries out mechanical work under the row with natural grassing. For this vintage, the terroir is flinty clay on limestone. Pruning of the 45 year old vines in gobelet.
Oenology
Hand harvested, yield of 28 hl/ha. Aged for 10 months in barrels, alcoholic fermentation, no malolactic fermentation.
