Thierry Navarre is one of the best winemakers in the Languedoc, and has been for many years! In love with the old grape varieties that make up the local heritage, he decided to bring back to life a variety with a name that sings, the Ribeyrenc! Cultivated on the schists of Roquebrun, it delivers notes of dried flowers, pepper, and flatters with its taffeta-like texture, its length and its sapidity. A delightful wine!

Viticulture

Thierry is the third of a generation of winegrowers. The estate consists of 12 hectares of vines planted on large terraces of brown schist in a cirque of small mountains covered with holm oaks, arbutus, heather, rockrose and rosemary, thyme. The estate is organically cultivated and uses ploughing and hoeing. Manual harvesting in a small team of 7 people.
