Viña de Eladio vineyard, located at an altitude of between 240 and 310 metres, on sandy soil with a granite base, in the San Andrés region, in Ribadavia (Ourense). The natural amphitheatre covers an area of 2 hectares. The climate is Atlantic with some continental influence.
40% of the wine was fermented and aged with its lees for six months in 600 litre Burgundy oak barrels. The rest is aged in vats.
