Assemblage des crus suivants : Vireuils, Clos du Cromin, Pellans, Dressoles et Moulin Judas. Vignes de 10 à 50 ans.
Oenology
Les vinifications sont faites entièrement en fût de chêne avec relativement peu de bois neuf (au maximum 20 à 25%). Comme la cave est très froide, les fermentations sont très longues et les élevages aussi : au moins 18 mois. Pas de bâtonnage (sauf exception, comme en 1996 et en 2007).
