This handcrafted liqueur comes from organic farming, hence its certification by the AB label. The production is entirely manual (maceration, filtration, bottling, labelling, corking and polishing). It is the very first creation of the two brothers, called Verveine de Vincent (V.V.) by their customers for several years.

Characteristics

The story is pretty crazy! During the covid, Vincent Granier, a wine enthusiast, decided to set about creating a local organic liqueur that would be easy to digest and drink at any time of the day or night. In the course of the project, he was joined by his brother Stéphane, a former professional basketball player, and the two of them made their dream come true by creating a range of liqueurs from Haute-Savoie that matched their expectations in every way.

Oenology

An alcohol made from 100% organic wheat grown by harvesters. Natural water from the Boubioz spring on Lake Annecy. Organic sugar produced in the Vosges and Palatine forests. This liqueur is infused with verbena and coriander hand-picked by their harvesters in the Alps. The lemongrass is biodynamically grown and sourced from the best farms in Egypt (the closest and most eco-responsible place to find 100% natural lemongrass). The organic lemon peel comes from the famous Menton crops.

Suggestions for accompaniment

A fresh verbena, not too sweet, light in alcohol, greedy and round, very pleasant and surprisingly easy to drink, as an aperitif, as a shot, as a digestif and above all for simple pleasure! Serve at 8-10 degrees.

They are produced with alcohol from 100% organic wheat grown by the owners of the harvesters; natural water from the Boubioz spring at Lake Annecy; organic sugar produced in the Vosges and the Palatine forest. And to sign the range, the plants used in the composition are hand-picked by harvesters located in the Alps, as much as possible. When the local card is not possible, they resort to sources that are as close as possible and always organically grown, at the very least. The result is fragrant, fine and easily digestible liqueurs, moderate in alcohol (26°), with an integrated sweetness, which can be drunk as a well-struck aperitif or, of course, as a digestif. A favourite? The gentian, which will undoubtedly make you forget all those you have drunk so far!
