Liqueur, Gentiane, Granier, 26% (70 cl)

A noble mountain plant, difficult to identify and tedious to collect. It is the distilled root that has made the reputation of this eau de vie. For their second liqueur, the Granier brothers wanted to preserve the strong identity of this plant, to express it without artifice, to find this madeleine de Proust of hikers. They have chosen purity through a discreet medium (sugar/alcohol). Respect for the earthy, root-like aromas and bitterness so dear to connoisseurs have been their guiding principle throughout the creation process.
