Viticulture

The Guibert brothers, of Daumas Gassac, founded Atelier Guibert in 2022. Roman, the 2nd brother , embarked on a training course at Prieuré-Roch and, invigorated by the experience, started making wines that were unrestrained, accessible and focused on the pure expression of the fruit. Together with Basile, the youngest, they set about making this project a reality, with the first vintage in 2022.
