The Cazalet cuvée is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schistous terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens. This diversity gives it a great regularity through the vintages.
Hand picked, sorted in the cellar, 100% de-stemmed, vatted for 3 weeks and aged in vats for 12 months.
