Technique
Viticulture
Hills exposed at 360° between 100 and 150 metres in altitude. Volcanic and sandy soil. Guyot and cordon pruning. Plantation density of 4500 vines per hectare. Biodynamic cultivation.
Oenology
The grapes are vinified separately, with macerations in stainless steel often exceeding 40 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (barriques and demi-muids of 750 l.), then 12 months in bottle.
