Oenology
Eau-de-vie obtained by distilling the Ente plum (the variety used to make Agen prunes). This eau-de-vie is aged in stainless steel vats, then matured in oak barrels for 2 years to give it its beautiful amber colour, its roundness and the light tannins that soften it.
Suggestions for accompaniment
It is best served at room temperature.
