Eau-de-vie, La Framboise du Roulot 45° (50 cl)

Characteristics

In the heart of the village of Meursault, Jean-Marc Roulot and his sister Michèle have taken over the family estate. He is known to all as one of the greatest Burgundian winegrowers.

Oenology

This eau de vie is made by macerating and then distilling organic Willamette raspberries. The whole raspberries are macerated in a strong, neutral eau de vie (96% vol.) for several months. At the end of the maceration process, the fruit is distilled very slowly, with great care taken to ensure the purest expression of the original fruit.
