The vineyards generally descend in terraces towards the sea and produce a light, fruity white wine with a slight hint of acidity, which is very pleasant. Associated with Basque gastronomic tradition, it is ideal with fish, shellfish and salads, and connoisseurs particularly recommend it with anchovies and other tapas.
