Definition: to lick one's lips

To feast. Here, the "babines" symbolise the lips, giving humans a somewhat "animalistic" appearance. We can imagine, for example, a wolf or a dog licking its babines when it is about to eat or has just eaten. It is therefore a sign of satisfaction after a good meal. It can also mean that we are enjoying doing something, that an idea that comes to mind is very pleasant.
