Definition: sowine (eurocave)

Ingenious and practical, barely larger than a coffee machine, it allows you to store two opened bottles of wine for 10 days, thanks to an automatic vacuum system. The absence of air protects your bottles from oxidation. There are two compartments for white and red wine bottles. The temperature is preset to 8°C for whites and 17°C for reds.

By pressing the preservation button after serving and replacing each bottle in its compartment, each bottle will be vacuum-sealed by the independent vacuum sealing device. Each compartment has its own vacuum sealing indicator light.

Sowine can be adjusted as desired for:

1 bottle of white wine and 1 bottle of red wine,

2 bottles of white wine,

2 bottles of red wine.
