Definition: Rully AOC

The incorporation of a certain number of white grape varieties into vineyards intended for the production of red wines is still permitted, provided that they do not exceed 15%. Vinified as: white and red. It can be stored for: 2 to 8 years for white; 2 to 6 years for red. Ideal serving temperature: between 8 and 10°C for white; between 15 and 16°C for red. Pair with: white, chicken with crayfish; red, coq au vin.
