Production area located to the east, north and west of Bergerac, on the right bank of the Dordogne river, specifically within the municipalities of Bergerac, Creysse, Ginestet, Lembras, Maurens and Prigonrieux in the Dordogne department. Classified as an AOC in 1946. White grape varieties: Muscadelle, Sauvignon and Sémillon. Vinified as: medium-dry and sweet white wines. Area under production: just under 30 hectares. The total area covered is nearly 100 hectares. Can be kept for: 3 to 10 years. Ideal serving temperature: between 6 and 8°C. Enjoy with: duck à l'orange or foie gras.
