Definition: rinquinquin

Every era has its forbidden fruit: after the apple came the peach. From Arnaud de Villeneuve (13th century) to Gabriel (18th century), the peach was viewed with a certain mistrust. Since then, and to the delight of our palates, we have been able to bite into the velvety skin of this fruit with its many virtues. For several years now, Distilleries et Domaines de Provence has been producing a peach wine with the sweet name of RinQuinQuin.
