Mascarel is a 100% Bordeaux liqueur wine produced by Jean-Luc Magnac. The secret of its production lies in the fermentation of the grape juice; fortified with alcohol, Mascarel is intended to be aged (at least 15 years). It has an alcohol content of 18%.
