Back Languedoc region. Production area located about thirty kilometres east of Montpellier towards Nîmes, more precisely within the municipalities of Lunel, Lunel-Viel, Saturargues and Vérargues in the Hérault department. Classified as an AOC in 1943. White grape variety: small-grain Muscat. Vinified as a white wine, natural sweet wine. Area under production: just over 320 hectares. It can be drunk as soon as it is released. Ideal serving temperature: between 7 and 8°C. Enjoy with: as an aperitif, or to accompany a dessert such as nectarine mousse or apricot tart.
