Production area: nearly 70 hectares. White grape varieties: Chenin; red grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Côt, Gamay, Grolleau (maximum 25%) and Pineau d'Aunis. Vinified as: dry or semi-dry white; rosé and red (in small quantities). Can be stored for: 3 to 10 years for whites and reds; rosé is best drunk young. Ideal serving temperature: between 8 and 10°C for whites and rosés; between 14 and 15°C for reds. Pairings: dry white with white pudding, salmon or pike; rosé with charcuterie or rillettes; red with grilled meats.
