Name given to the Savagnin Rosé grape variety in the Alsatian village of Heiligenstein. Located at the foot of Mont Saint-Odile, Heiligenstein is best known for its "Klevener", a grape variety unique to Alsace. Its wine-growing tradition dates back to the 3rd century, during the Roman era.
