Back Appellation of the Languedoc region producing natural white sweet wine. Production area located about ten kilometres north-east of Sète towards Montpellier, more precisely within the municipalities of Frontignan-La-Peyrade and Vic-La-Gardiole in the Hérault department. Classified as an AOC in 1936. Production area slightly less than 800 hectares. White grape variety: Muscat à Petits Grains. Vinified as white wine, natural sweet wine or liqueur wine. It can be drunk on its fruit, as soon as it is released. Ideal serving temperature between 7 and 8°C. Enjoy as an aperitif or with dessert, paired with chocolate-covered pears, tea-infused prunes, flambéed bananas, semolina cake with candied fruit, nectarine mousse or walnut charlotte.
