Distiswiss, an association bringing together the three professional organisations in the Swiss spirits industry, was founded in December 1998.
The aim of this association is to promote Swiss spirits culture. This involves improving the quality of fine distillates, liqueurs and bitters, collaborating with the catering industry and promoting Swiss spirits through a national competition held every two years.
