Production area located south-west of Beaune, more precisely within plots in the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet, in a place called Les Criots, in the Côte d'Or department. Classified as an AOC grand cru in 1939. Area under production: 1 ha 00 a. The total area is 1 ha 57 a. White grape variety: Chardonnay. Vinified in white only. It can be kept for 5 to 10 years, or even longer depending on the vintage. Ideal serving temperature: between 12 and 13°. Enjoy with lobster, rock lobster or crayfish.
